Refund Policy

At Attaros Thai Kitchen, we strive to provide high-quality food and excellent service. Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, all sales are generally considered final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any concerns.​

Order Accuracy

​Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if preparation has already begun.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • An item was missing from your order.

  • The food was significantly different from what was ordered.

  • There was a quality issue with your order.

 

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and, if possible, provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Photos of the affected items.

 

Any refund, credit, or replacement will be issued at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Delivery Orders

If you placed your order through a third-party platform, please contact the platform directly regarding refunds, credits, or delivery-related issues, as their policies and procedures may apply.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if preparation has not yet begun. Once an order is being prepared or has been completed, cancellations and refunds may not be available.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.
